Britney Spears is the world's sexiest woman, topping FHM magazine's 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2004 reader poll.
With over one million votes cast by FHM readers worldwide, the final result was a hotly contested victory for pop diva Spears. This is her first title after consistently appearing in the top ten for the last four years. In 2003, Spears was ranked #2.
