Mar. 27--Five three-story town houses, the first stage of a new residential and commercial complex close to the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, are beginning to take shape at 622 Anacapa St.
The houses, each between 2,500 and 2,800 square feet, are part of a development costing around $5 million to $6 million that Froscher-Lewis is building on the former Melni Bus Service storage yard.
