A March 28 article about antidepressants and suicide mistakenly said Gregg Phillips of Syracuse tried to kill himself five times before going on Prozac. Phillips, who has suffered from severe clinical depression for more than 25 years, was hospitalized five times because of suicidal thoughts, but never because he attempted suicide.
