The Contegral company has completed its acquisition of Finca, the animal food company which is part of the portfolio of Valores Bavaria. The latter explains that the buyer is a group of Colombian and foreign investors, and that the deal has been approved by the authorities. The purchasing group includes Chicken And Pork International, Contegral Medellin, Contegral Cartago, Contegral Bogota, Nuevo Cerdo and Agropecuaria Los Alpes, all part of the Contegral group.
