NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- As health care professionals work to improve patient safety and reduce medical errors, The Medical Letter released its latest update of the Adverse Drug Interactions Program. Updated every six months, the Adverse Drug Interactions Program allows users to search for interactions between two and up to 50 prescription and over-the-counter drugs (including herbal compounds). It allows health care professionals to list each drug their patient is taking and then view the possible interactions on the screen as well as view reference citations pertinent to the interaction.
