PROJECT OVERVIEW:
A Dutch/Egyptian joint venture, operating under the name of VOPAK-HORIZON-SOKHNA LTD. (VHSL), was recently established in view of building a new bulk liquids terminal in Egypt. The partners in the planned undertaking include VOPAK HORIZON FUJAIRAH LTD. a consortium that teams-up Netherlands-based ROYAL VOPAK and HORIZON TERMINALS LTD. (HTL) a wholly owned subsidiary of EMIRATES NATIONAL OIL CO. (ENOC) of the UAE. in conjunction with SOKHNA BUNKERING CO. (SONKER) of Egypt.
According to the terms of the collaborative agreement shareholding will be held as follow: VOPAK (30%), HORIZON (30%) the Fujairah government (20%), VITOL (10%) and ...
