Apr. 1--It may not have the highest attendance, show the most films or last the longest, but industry insiders say Durham's Full Frame Documentary Film Festival is one of the pre-eminent documentary festivals in the country.
A group of somewhat intangible factors make the festival, which starts today at four venues downtown, one of the must-see documentary events each spring, drawing celebrities like Oscar-winning director Steven Spielberg and Oscar-winning documentary filmmaker Michael Moore.
