STAMFORD, Conn., April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Purdue Pharma L.P., the Stamford, Connecticut-based distributor of OxyContin(R) (oxycodone HCl controlled- release) Tablets, today announced that it has filed its appeal brief in the Endo patent litigation with the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C. Purdue also today served Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. with a copy of its brief.
