Apr. 3--Several residents of the Musselshell Valley have asked a Billings District Court to allow them to intervene in a court action over operation of the Bair Family Museum at Martinsdale.
The group also wants the court to order the museum's trustee to reopen the facility, which was closed in 2003, and wants all the art works associated with the museum to be returned.
The action may preclude a planned art show at the Yellowstone Art Museum in Billings featuring the significant art and artifacts collected by the Bair family.
