BOSTON, April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Carat Interactive, a division of Carat North America, announced today the appointment of Toby Gabriner to the new position of Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Toby will oversee all agency services and U.S. locations, as well as play a key role in contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the agency. Gabriner had most recently served as executive vice president, Managing Director of Carat Interactive.
