C&W negotiates sale
Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the sale of the former BSA facility at 475 Oberlin Avenue South in Lakewood, New Jersey. The property consists of a 112,500 square foot office, warehouse and light manufacturing facility on a 12.3-acre site.
Town & Country Linen Corp., a leading manufacturer of table top home furnishings, purchased the property from the Acxiom Corporation of Conway, Arkansas, according to Herb Horn and David Knee of Cushman & Wakefield's Edison office. C&W was the exclusive broker on the property and represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
