Hainan Railcom cables cut twice in one week

Shanghai. April 5. INTERFAX-CHINA - The electric cables of Hainan Railcom, a subsidiary of China Railcom, in the city of Chengmai in Hainan Province have been purposely cut twice in the span of a week. Lin Jun, vice manager of Hainan Railcom's marketing department, suggested in an interview with Interfax that the cables might have been cut as a result of fierce competition in the local telecom market.
