Wilton Station, a new private village with over 300 feet of boardwalk along the north fork of the Middle River, is set to debut on ten acres in Wilton Manors. Fort Lauderdale-based developers Wilton Station LLC will partner with Stiles Corporation, also based in Fort Lauderdale, for the project. The new community, located in the Five Points area of Wilton Manors, will feature six buildings--five residential and one mixed-use with retail. Wilton Station will include an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with fitness center, five water fountains, and a lushly landscaped pedestrian-friendly village lane.
