Apr. 6--Demand for apartments in the Dallas-Fort Worth area from January through March increased for the first time since fall 2000, a M/PF Research report released Monday shows.
Job growth in North Texas helped spark the demand, said Greg Willett, vice president of research products for M/PF Research. The area added 10,500 jobs in February, the latest figures from the Texas Workforce Commission show.
