THE ITALIAN JOB: The screening of Miramax's new Italian-language release, "I'm Not Scared," at the Lighthouse International last week was meant to be "hosted by Italians for Italians." But the guests who showed up for dinner at Le Cirque, including Elizabeth Lindemann, Mary Stuart Masterson and Regis Philbin, fit more into the "world-traveler" category. "I'm not Italian, but I'd love to be," said Sophie Dahl. Kathy Hilton, who arrived fresh from a shopping trip at Tory Burch's boutique, Tory, in NoLIta, however, proudly flaunted her roots. "I've got some Northern Italian blood in me," she said.
