Apr. 8--LIVE FROM SANTA BARBARA: RADIO STATION GOES LOCAL: After six years of airing its broadcast in the Santa Barbara area, National Public Radio station KCLU-FM, based in Thousand Oaks, finally has a studio here in town.
Located within the offices of the Nonprofit Support Center at 5638 Hollister Ave. in Santa Barbara, the radio studio gives KCLU a home base for conducting interviews and covering news on the South Coast.
