Noble Investment Group, one of the hospitality industry's leading owner/operators of upscale and premium branded hotels, today announced they have broken ground on the 122-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel at UAB located at 1820 5th Avenue South, Birmingham, Ala., directly across from the UAB Hospital and Medical Facility. It is the first new hotel to be built in downtown Birmingham in 15 years and will be an "Official Hotel of the University of Alabama Birmingham."
