Shanghai. April 8. INTERFAX-CHINA - Chinese newspaper Shanghai Morning Post has set up a new raffle like activity using short messaging services (SMS), through which individuals can win the chance to buy expensive goods at just a fraction of their original price.
In this new activity, individuals send in a bid of between RMB 200 (USD 24.19) and RMB 0.01 (USD 0.0012) via SMS for products such as digital cameras, digital video cameras, and mobile phones.
