Apr. 9--MASSENA MALL GETTING MAURICES: A Minnesota-based retailer offering apparel for men and women will open a store at the St. Lawrence Centre by the end of May.
Maurices will sell clothing by Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Polo by Ralph Lauren and its own line. It will have six to 10 employees in a 4,000-square-foot space. Its hours have not been determined.
Maurices opened in 1931 as a small women's fashion shop in Duluth, Minn., and has grown into more than 400 stores across the country.
Maurices opened a store at Salmon Run Mall, Watertown, in late 2003.
