Every Sunday afternoon I pass the same dog on my walk. If he were just snuffling around doing his doggy dirty work, I probably wouldn't notice. But this dog is riding a bike.
Actually, his human is riding the bike. The dog, a little black and white Shih Tzu, is perched in a specially made, specially purchased backpack for bike-riding dogs.
If you travel behind Backpack Dog, you see the face of every pedestrian light up at the sight of his tongue-lolling chipperarity. What a cutie!
If you pass Backpack Dog, you see his owner's joy and pleasure in being honored to carry such a worthy canine around.
