Apr. 12--Gleaming drawings of Miami high-rises hang on the wall, floor plans from the latest Biscayne Boulevard project sit nearby, and Roberto Cavanzo is always quick with a rosy analysis of South Florida's condominium market.
The only thing unusual about Cavanzo's showroom for South Florida real estate is the location -- 1,500 miles away in Bogota.
"The product is in Miami," Cavanzo said. "But the buyers are in Colombia."
