NASHVILLE, Tenn. _ Funny, but as they approach Game 4 of this first-round series tonight, the Red Wings and Predators are both trying to take something positive out of Sunday's third period.
The Wings outshot the Predators, 23-9.
"I thought we played with a lot of desperation," Detroit coach Dave Lewis said. "When we play like that, we're a dangerous team. We're an efficient team. We look fast. We look strong. That period was our best of the nine, and I'm hoping we can start the game with that drive."
But Wings and Predators tied in the period, 1-1. So the Predators held on for a 3-1 ...
