MILWAUKEE -- On a Sunday afternoon when the Milwaukee Brewers received average pitching from starter Doug Davis, it was the lack of clutch hitting that hurt them the most.

With the exception of second baseman Junior Spivey, the Brewers were unable to solve Houston right-hander Roy Oswalt and went 1-for-17 with runners in scoring position in a 7-4 loss to the Astros before an Easter Sunday crowd of 11,262 at Miller Park.

Spivey had three doubles, a single and two RBIs, but the fact that he didn't score until the ninth inning on Lyle Overbay's ground out was indicative of just how much of a struggle it ...
