The festivals or fiestas are woven deeply into the texture of Filipino life in almost every barrio, town or city in the Philippines.
Fiestas to a Filipino is leaping for joy. Filipinos dont need an excuse for a fiesta. Almost everything is a cause of a celebration a promotion, passing an examination, recovery from illness.
