Equitex, Inc. (Nasdaq:EQTX) (the "Company") announced today that it has executed a definitive agreement with Seven Ventures, Inc. (OTCBB:SVVI) to merge its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chex Services, Inc., into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Seven Ventures. Under the terms of the merger agreement, Equitex will exchange 100% of its equity ownership in Chex Services for 7,700,000 shares representing 93% of Seven Ventures outstanding common stock following the transaction.
