When you think about traditional Greek stuffed grape leaves, or dolmas, you may think about the kind flavored with currants, allspice and other ethnic spices. But if you're like me, you crave the Americanized version, easily found at many natural food stores. The only problem is, dolmas can be fatty. So instead of steering clear, I set out to find a way to indulge my cravings without feeling like I had to spend extra time in the gym.
