Ukraine wants to build hydroelectric power plants in Kyrgyzstan, says Yanukovych

Cholpon-Ata (Kyrgyzstan), April 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukraine hopes to help construct hydroelectric power stations in Kyrgyzstan, and supply them with spare parts, Ukrainian Premier Viktor Yanukovych said on Thursday.
