NEW YORK -- Crystal Brands, Inc., is consolidating Calvin Clothing Co. and the Palm Beach Tailored Clothing Group into a single operation called the Crystal Brands Tailored Clothing Group.
The new group accounts for 20 percent of Crystal Brands' net sales. In fiscal 1990, total corporate sales were $865.5 million.
Henry D. Siegal, currently president of Calvin Clothing, will head the new combined unit as president/chief executive officer.
Crystal Brands Tailored Clothing Group will manufacture and market all of the tailored clothing handled by the former companies and will include Palm Beach, Evan-Ponce, Izod, Gant, Haspel, John Weitz, ...
