SAN FRANCISCO, April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Envivio, Inc., a leading provider of MPEG-4 and H.264 broadcast and streaming solutions, today announced its 4Front(TM) MPEG-4 IPTV middleware offering for network operators. The 4Front service management platform allows network operators to integrate Envivio MPEG-4 technology into a commercial television broadcast business.
The 4Front middleware creates a client user interface and fills it with metadata and business rules defined by the network operator. With 4Front, content, and set-top boxes, the network operator can offer to its subscribers a complete set of digital TV services.
