Apr. 18--FORT WORTH, Texas -- Other communities may be the best for business, or in which to be single, or to have a family, or to be female or black.
But Fort Worth overall has been named among the best places in America to be in 2004.
It is among the nine "Most Livable Communities" in the country, according to Partners for Livable Communities, a nonprofit organization based in Washington that works to make American cities more livable.
