That's what happened at Star Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of rider-type floor scrubbers based in Highland Park, IL. Star designed and built a remarkable floor scrubber with a 108-inch scrubbing path. The scrubber weighs close to 6,000 lbs. and can clean over three acres an hour.
