Apr. 19--SIERRA HEALTH SETS MEETING DATE: Sierra Health Services, a Las Vegas company operating a health maintenance organization, will hold its annual meeting at 1 p.m. May 20 in the chairman's auditorium of its corporate complex, 2716 N. Tenaya Way.
The company announced the annual meeting's time and date in a Schedule 14a filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
