London, UK: Entuity Inc., the developer of holistic network management solutions for the enterprise, today announced that London Merchant Securities (LMS), a multi-billion dollar diversified investment company (LMSO.L), has invested an additional $3.2 million in Entuity and, as such, is now the majority stockholder of the company with 75% ownership.
