PRINCESS ANNE -- Sarah "Mu" Gates was 64 when she died last year of fallopian tube cancer, a rare and deadly form of the disease.
The retired educator, mother of three and grandmother of five will be remembered with Spring Fling activities from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Hunt Club Farms. The event is a fund-raiser for research into her form of cancer, which afflicts fewer than 1,500 people worldwide.
Geared toward young children, the event will feature an Easter egg hunt as well as a moon walk, pony rides and a visit from McGruff, the crime-fighting dog. Children will be admitted for $5 each and ...
