HARRISONBURG, Va., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The Shenandoah Valley Technology Council (SVTC), a non-profit membership organization serving the greater Shenandoah Valley, congratulates twenty-four individuals, organizations and companies on their nomination in one of five award categories. These high-achieving innovators, leaders, entrepreneurs and educators represent a tight field of qualified Valley competitors. Five Technology Awards will be given at Tech Nite 4.0, the council's fourth Technology Awards Gala, which is scheduled for May 27th, 2004 at James Madison University's College Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
