Russia's Yaroslavl Oblast administrative region looking for Chinese IT business partners
Beijing. April 20 INTERFAX-CHINA - Russian region Yaroslavl Oblast plans to build a new large wholesale base to replace facilities in Moscow and is looking for Chinese business partners. Artur Sazonov, vice-governor of the Yaroslavl Oblast, released this news to Interfax in an exclusive interview in Beijing.
