Apr. 20--Memphis commercial real estate is being put on a national stage with Bethesda, Md.-based CoStar Group Inc.'s entry into the local market.
CoStar is acquiring four-year-old Peer Market Research Inc., which is known as PeerMark and is the area's only independent provider of real estate market information.
