The Financial Services Skills Council is taking forward a skills' agenda for the whole of the industry. Our corporate strategy and business plans are ambitious and, given the challenges facing our sector, they have to be.

Our priorities are grounded in the knowledge that the demand for high-level skills and increased productivity will be driven by increased competition at home and abroad and by the urgent need to restore consumer confidence.
