MDS Nordion today announced the launch of Theryttrexa, MDS Nordion's radiopharmaceutical grade yttrium-90 (Y-90), at the German Congress of Nuclear Medicine held in Rostok, Germany. Theryttrex is used as a precursor to radiolabel Zevalin(R)(1), the first radioimmunotherapeutic product approved in the EU for the treatment of non- Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
