SEOUL, April 21 (Yonhap) -- The South Korean government said on Wednesday it will toughen regulations on companies sending unsolicited commercial messages throughout cell phones and facsimiles in a get-tough move to curb the spread of "mobile spam." Under the new rules, a marketer who sends unwanted cell phone or facsimile ads without prior agreements with receivers will be fined up to 30 million won (US$25,950).
