JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- CSX Transportation Inc. officials today announced that the derailment of its freight train yesterday at Shepherdsville, Ky., was caused by the collision of a garbage truck with an underpass, causing a dramatic shift in the track overhead.
