Apr. 23--WASHINGTON -- The Federal Aviation Administration is considering new flight restrictions on air tours over Lake Mead, possibly including some that ferry tourists to the Grand Canyon.
The FAA and the National Park Service will hold a public meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Henderson Convention Center to discuss whether restrictions should be placed on helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft that take tourists over the lake and Hoover Dam.
