After months of dueling lawsuits, Chex Services Inc. and Cash Systems Inc., two companies that provide cash services to casinos, have stopped staring each other down and settled their differences. Chex Services and Cash Systems recently reached an out-of-court agreement without disclosing the settlement's terms, Equitex Inc., Chex Services' parent company, said in a news release. The statement said, "they have executed a settlement agreement and mutual release with Cash Systems Inc. related to the termination of a stock-purchase agreement signed in July 2003, as well as termination of a contract to provide cash-access services to Seminole Tribe of Florida casinos."
