INTERFAX-CHINA - The South Korean government has confirmed that two trains loaded with oil and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) collided in the Ryongchon railway station near the border of North Korea and China at around 1 p.m. on April 22, killing or injuring as many as 3,000 people, according a statement from the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
