INTERFAX-CHINA - The South Korean government has confirmed that two trains loaded with oil and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) collided in the Ryongchon railway station near the border of North Korea and China at around 1 p.m. on April 22, causing 3,000 killed or injured, according to a report by China Radio International.
