Robert S. Dubik, superintendent of the Port Byron school district, will take a new job beginning July 1.
Dubik has been hired as the new Cazenovia school district
superintendent in Madison County. Dubik is a former Cazenovia principal. He replaces Charles Read, who is retiring.
Dubik and finalist Gerard O'Sullivan, superintendent of the Brookfield school district in Madison County, met with the school board Wednesday evening to present preliminary ideas for what they want to do as district leader, Cazenovia school board president Margaret Lane said.
