LAWRENCEVILLE, GA -- Rovema Packaging Machines has revamped its sales and customer service departments to better support its customer base and external salesforce, according to the company.
Charlotte Koellner, previously internal sales and customer support manager, has been promoted to director of customer service. Rovema's spare parts, service and customer service centers report directly to her.
