Northern Trust announced today the appointment of Penelope Biggs as Head of Northern Trust's institutional custody, fund administration and asset servicing businesses -- Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Penelope will also assume responsibility as General Manager of The Northern Trust Company's London Branch, based in Canary Wharf.
Penelope will have direct responsibility for all strategic, tactical, business development, marketing and relationship management activities undertaken by the bank's Corporate & Institutional Services business unit in the region.
