Eon Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq:ELAB) announced that on April 26, 2004, GlaxoSmithKline and Eon Labs filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York a Stipulation that terminated all pending litigation between them concerning Eon Labs' Bupropion HCl, ER 100 mg and 150 mg tablets, which are generic equivalents of GlaxoSmithKline's Wellbutrin SR(R)(1) 100 mg and 150 mg tablets.
