In some respects, "Battlefield Vietnam" does a convincing job of capturing the essence of the Vietnam War, with thick brush, snaking rivers and deep ruts conducive to the surprise attacks of guerrilla warfare.
A decent selection of '60s music _ "White Rabbit" playing at its eerie best _ adds to a slightly desperate mood.
But the reality of an online Vietnam video game is that someone has to play as the Viet Cong, and ...
